What we are looking for: Our rapidly growing business operations team needs experienced, talented individuals who are interested in learning the energy storage business and can flexibly take on responsibilities to fill short-term gaps and gain experience in the process. To this end, Stem is seeking a detail-oriented and technically-minded Senior Data Operations Analyst. You will be a key player in the daily operations of our fleet of distributed energy resources. Responsibilities: Performance and Revenue Reporting : Support development and execution of performance and financial reporting for financier and split-savings portfolios. Work closely with Accounting, Programs Operations, Data Operations and Finance to organize all relevant data streams and processes required for reporting. KPI and Metrics Reporting : Produce accurate and standardized reporting of KPIs/metrics and develop/maintain dashboards to provide key insights on operational performance of the system, fleet etc Ability to provide advanced analytics on operational performance is a plus. Performance analysis. Learn and support Stem's on-going performance analysis process and annual Performance Guarantee process; Take the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and contract language. Product Development Liaison : Assist or grow into a Product Management coordinator role for the team. Lead Backlog grooming, requirements capturing and refinement, defining acceptance criteria and serve as a liaison between Data/Program/Customer Operations and Product team.
