Job Title: ECM-I Operations Manager Job Summary: ECM - I has an opportunity for an Operations Manager. The ECM – I (Instructure) oversees the division’s project development and operations. As a key member of the management team, this position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer of ECM Holding Group and will establish policies that promote company culture and vision through its project development and operations. This position is responsible for the efficiency of all aspects of project development, engineering, and the support of operational efforts for ECM - I. This position can be performed remotely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manhole Structural Coating, Cover Systems, Pipeline Repair and Data Automation Solutions Create, develop, and implement a business plan for Manhole Structural Coating, Cover Systems, Pipeline Repair and Data Automation for ECM-I division. Training and development of internal and external auditors. Resource planning inclusive of equipment, audit tools, and internal/external installation personnel. Assume role of operations and development leader for all audits, bids, and project developments inclusive of oversight and sales support. AMI Water Meter Solutions Create, develop, and implement a business plan for AMI water meter solutions with ECM-I division. Training and development of internal and external AMI water meter auditors. Resource planning inclusive of equipment, audit tools, and internal/external installation personnel. Assume role of AMI development leader for all audits, bids, and project developments inclusive of oversight and sales support. OHSG Solutions Create, develop, and implement a business plan for OSHG projects for ECM-I division. Training and development of internal and external OSHG auditors. Resource planning inclusive of equipment, audit tools, and internal/external installation personnel. Assume role of OSHG development leader for all audits, bids, and project developments inclusive of oversight and sales support. General Project Development for all the above: Assume auditing and development responsibility by learning audit and development tools/workbooks inclusive of proposal outputs. Review, analysis, and improvement of all development outputs and deliverables. Complete assigned project developments which may include auditing, development, and proposal generation of the assigned opportunity. Training of divisional auditors, corporate auditors, and entry-level development engineers. Operational Management and General Duties/Responsibilities: Operational management inclusive of general project start-up, recruitment, and oversight as requested. Safety management. Customer management. Customer negotiations. Provide day-to-day leadership and management. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement to develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with senior management. Directly oversee operations and partner with senior management on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term. Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability. Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting. Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, and regulatory issues. A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; MSc/MBA is a plus. 5 years’ experience in executive leadership positions.
