Job Description Responsible for managing and directing all Housekeeping and Laundry functions, ensuring Omni standards are met in all areas by monitoring quality assurance. Responsibilities Oversee all departmental functions and concerns for Housekeeping and Laundry. Resolve difficult problems with Guests while maintaining good relationships. Maintain communication with all departments and guests to ensure consistent service. Identify ways to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor Housekeeping inventories to ensure adequate levels. Create and uphold budgets for Housekeeping and Laundry departments. Report maintenance issues through Synergy. Responsible for the Housekeeping CARE (Preventative Maintenance) Program. Prepare and complete necessary reports. Oversee Housemen and ensure completion of daily duties. Oversee the Laundry Department and its functions. Ensure appropriate linen inventories are maintained. Participate in energy conservation efforts. Respect hotel property by keeping work areas clean and well maintained. Eliminate waste of supplies. Assist in maintaining Omni standards of cleanliness and guest experience. Oversee staff scheduling and payroll cost controls. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new associates. Build effective teams. Maintain a highly motivated and trained staff striving for excellence. Provide courteous, personalized Guest Service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests. Champion the Power of One/Omni culture. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3 years Housekeeping management experience in luxury hospitality. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Willingness to stand for an entire shift.
