About the Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, reporting to the VP of Regulatory & Legal Affairs, you will be an integral part of the Legal & Business Affairs team. You will assist the Regulatory team with the strategizing and execution to make sure documentation is accurate, current and available for JPMS to use for compliance and distributors to use for product registration and compliance. This is a cross functional role and will work closely with the Research & Development, Packaging Development, and Quality Assurance departments. This is a hybrid position and will work out of our Santa Clarita location, 3x per week.
What You will Do:
- Assist regulatory team with product approvals, formula reviews, claim review/substantiation and labeling?review
- Maintain and assist with the development of ingredient listing for finished products
- Assist in preparing product documents for submission to regulatory agencies
- Maintain regulatory archives and product registration databases
- Establish and maintain files and records
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers and internal teams to gather raw material documentation and analyze its validity
- Review documentation received from manufacturers regarding finished products and file where appropriate
- Assist with regulatory reporting as needed

Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of regulatory affairs, document control or relevant experience?
Competitive Compensation:
- The expected hourly rate for this position is $26.44-$28.85/hr. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
- Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
