This is a Milwaukee opportunity for an Environmental associate attorney to counsel clients on a wide range of environmental issues, including related litigation, enforcement, and regulatory compliance. You will provide counsel for strategic matters as diverse as complex infrastructure and facilities permitting and planning, enforcement defense, regulatory compliance, and environmental litigation before agencies and in state and federal courts. This team’s client services combine a thorough, substantive knowledge of federal and state environmental regulatory schemes with extensive experience in general and environmental litigation. You will run the gamut – from complex air, water, wetland, and hazardous material compliance matters to multi-year rulemakings, to the environmental aspects of large mergers and acquisitions of heavy industry and energy assets. You will help clients evaluate environmental aspects of sustainability and supply chain matters, including product labeling and disclosure requirements under various regulatory schemes.
