North America is therefore seeking the Head of Section Transmission and Distribution Compliance to lead teams offering utilities, generators and loads practical solutions to connecting to the transmission and distribution systems. The Head of Section optimizes business operations and improve the long-term performance of the section. They work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer/seller culture. They direct service line activities and drives technical competence development within the section aligned with Energy Systems strategy. The Head of Section has a strong focus on delivery and utilization, gains efficiency within the section. They partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Market Account Managers (MAMs) in delivering an excellent customer experience while stimulating collaboration within their section as well as across the organization. They must ensure that they have the right number of staff with the right capabilities and strive for a high performing collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience.
