Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Implementation Project Manager to join their team. As a Lean Six Sigma Implementation Project Manager, you will be part of the process optimization solution implementation team , supporting process improvement and providing project management support from Lean Six Sigma based assessments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge and previous experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.

What's the Job?
- Develop and share project plans, status updates, business requirements, and other supportive materials of solutions developed during process improvement assessment phase using branded standard slides and project artifacts.
- Update process improvement solutions to ensure they meet project goals such as risk reduction, time savings/cost avoidance, and manage them to completion or appropriate intake into technology groups.
- Build detailed implementation plans and roadmaps to drive delivery expectations and to further feed larger integrated plans that impact the firm overall. Incorporate change adoption expectations to plan for potential change collision across teams.
- Engage and direct business leaders, set goals, manage expectations, and provide detailed plans for business unit transition.
- Work with various departments to ensure successful implementation, troubleshoot when necessary to remove roadblocks, and support incremental progress.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience or 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
- Experience working with technology and/or agile teams.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
- PMP or 5+ years project management experience.
- Preferred PROSCI or change management equivalent certification.
