What will you do? Schneider Electric's "Offsites Management" systems provide software solutions for inventory, movement, & blending management, automation, control, & optimization for the refining and terminals industries.
- Perform offsites management system delivery from kick-off, through design definition, design review & approval, internal & customer acceptance testing, site integration, training, commissioning, and warranty, per the direction of Offsites Project Leads
- Configure and test offsites management systems and applications per approved design specifications, offsites management system engineering manuals, and offsites group best practices.
- Execute all assigned project action log tasks through customer closure.
- Respond to and resolve all assigned installed base customer support requests.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role? - Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Systems/Control Engineering or other discipline with equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar function.
- Experience with development, implementation, and/or operation of refinery inventory and movement management, and blend optimization systems.
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of instrument, automation, control, and information systems and relational database software applications.
- Experience with control system/business network integration of OT/IT application server/display client system architectures.
- Understanding of refinery offsites operations, regulatory and advanced process control, model-predictive control, and optimization techniques
- Willingness and ability to travel within North America and internationally is required.
