Key Responsibilities: Analyze industry market data with a focus on how utility customers interact with and experience energy-related technologies and programs. Assess energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies through engineering analysis, energy modeling, and field work. Perform complex technical and economic analyses, spreadsheet creation, and project/task management. Creatively develop visually compelling and human-centric insights and recommendations. Develop strategies and solutions for clients through comprehensive reports and compelling presentations. Participate in team meetings and communication threads on email and Teams as needed to provide proactive status updates and to communicate/elevate issues as necessary. Collaborate with team leadership keeping them abreast of project progress and important developments. What You Will Need: Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years (not inclusive of internships). Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited degree program in 2024 and graduate by Summer of 2025). What Would Be Nice To Have: Degree/Majors Preferred: Engineering, Econometrics, Business, Social or Political Science, Environmental Studies, and/or related majors. Strong leadership experience, evidenced by the ability to take ownership, manage self and team workloads, and work successfully in team settings. 5 years of related experience. Interest and/or experience in clean energy, energy efficiency, and/or sustainability. Aspirations to develop expertise in energy systems with a long-term goal of contributing to significant energy transition projects. Experience conducting primary and secondary research such as surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus groups. Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Possesses strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to engage in client and team discussions and communicate with varying audiences. Heightened attention to detail. An inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvement. The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
