Purpose of Position The Pricing Manager is responsible to drive pricing execution, process compliance and provide leadership to the pricing team for both distribution and OEM sales channels. This position requires strong analytical skills with an attention to detail. The Pricing Manager also requires the use of advanced analytics such as predictive pricing to support strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Drive Strategy Execution: Ensure adherence to the “cradle to grave” pricing strategy across various customers and channels. Price Guidance Management: Input and validate pricing guidance, ensuring compliance with business rules and regional strategies. Global Coordination: Oversee and coordinate global quotes across pricing leads to ensure consistency and accuracy. Team Performance: Drive and manage team performance related to quotes, ensuring timely and accurate pricing execution. Agreement Management: Execute on-time price agreement renewals, long-term agreements (LTAs), and material recovery models. Day-to-Day Execution: Manage daily pricing activities at the regional/FEU level, ensuring all pricing processes are followed effectively. Regional Strategy Alignment: Collaborate closely with business managers and regional leadership to align pricing strategies with regional goals. Process Improvement: Identify and report process gaps and work on resolving them to enhance efficiency. Qualifications/Skills Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in technical and/or business field (Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, etc.) with 8 years related experience. Preferred - Master’s degree in technical and/or business field (Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, etc.) with 6 years related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and information systems (SAP, SQL, Access). Web scraping and development experience preferred.
