We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrical Supervisor to oversee solar farm electrical projects throughout Illinois, with a focus on the Quad Cities region. This role requires hands-on leadership, extensive travel, and a deep understanding of solar electrical systems. Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Provide guidance and direction to teams, ensuring efficient workflow. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems as needed. Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure project success. Train and mentor team members on-site, fostering a productive and safe work environment. Requirements Journeyman Electrician License (licensed in any state). Proven supervisory experience in solar electrical projects. Willingness to work up to 6 days per week on project sites. Reliable transportation for extensive travel to and from Illinois project sites (travel reimbursement provided). Ability to attend a one-week training session in Minneapolis, MN, prior to project deployment. Strong knowledge of solar electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
