Job Description: The Site Operations Leader will be responsible for the overall performance of the operations process for BW Integrated System’s Loveland, CO location. This role has direct responsibility for production, fabrication, operational excellence, planning, and manufacturing. The Site Operations Leader will drive continuous improvement through coaching, mentorship and inspirational leadership. They will work with other local and global leaders to balance capacity through disciplined resource planning, and providing flexibility to meet the needs of the business. This leader will encourage the development of the team to discover, develop and apply their talents to actively engage in our Operational Excellence journey, with a focus on delivering value and developing customer trust. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary site leader, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment where team members feel valued, safe, and fulfilled. Lead initiatives and promote processes through cross-functional teams including Engineering, Field Service, Global Supply Chain, Applications, and Sales, to ensure alignment with site/organizational goals and objectives. Foster open communication channels throughout the organization, promoting transparency and teamwork. Represent the site during customer visits and community engagements, showcasing our commitment to excellence and collaboration. Liaise with local community partners and oversee facility maintenance and upkeep initiatives. Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operation to ensure the most effective utilization of all resources to complete assemblies and machines to customer expectations and to schedule. Maintain planning and capacity schedules by coordinating both with the local team and with other BWIS facilities to gauge capacity and effectively schedule builds. Manage a team responsible for assembling products, optimizing workflow, and maximizing workforce utilization. Drive efficiency, margin, timeliness, and quality in manufacturing processes to meet production targets and customer expectations. Provide strategic direction to team members and make informed personnel decisions to optimize performance and productivity. Drive operational excellence, flawless execution and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, including environmental, OSHA, and safety protocols. Implement and uphold best practices for workplace safety, promoting a culture of responsibility and accountability. Oversee property management ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning waste treatment and other facility related environmental concerns and resource conservation programs. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field 7 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment 5 years of experience in leadership and people development 5 years of experience using Lean tools to drive purposeful results The approximate compensation range for this position is $150 - $200k between base compensation and variable incentive.
