QA/QC specialists ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects. QA/QC specialists work closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel, to address quality concerns and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle. Position requires 100% travel throughout Wyoming as a field-based role. Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $65,000 - $85,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience. What You'll Do Develop and implement quality control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns. Review and update quality documentation and procedures. Serve as the main contact point for all field and subcontractors. Report all QA/QC updates to leadership, customers, and additional teams as needed. Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics. Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation. What You'll Bring Required: Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits. Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols is essential. Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis. Knowledge of relevant industry standards. Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions. Collaboration is crucial in this role. Valid, Active Driver’s License. Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification. Preferred: Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field.
