Major Job Responsibilities: Ensures successful staffing for projects Manages and leads multi-discipline teams Leads project planning, establishes schedules, forecasts, budgets, and other parameters to measure project performance Manages cost, schedule, cash flow, and risk for projects assigned to them Operates in complex management environments with multiple stakeholders Negotiates and administers subcontracts Ensures contractual provisions are flowed down to suppliers Manages client relations and contractual commitments Communicates project progress and status to company leadership Position Requirements: A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent relevant work experience 7 years in Project Management related roles preferred Overall detailed understanding of the operation of power conditioning systems and battery energy storage systems – 100kW to 2MW/250kWh to 2MWh capacity, including transformers Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry practices Working knowledge of EPC commercial terms Experience in developing and recommending potential solutions to mitigate delays through contractual and execution methods Willingness to travel FlexGen provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
