As the Senior People Business Partner (PBP), you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, providing strategic HR guidance and support to leadership. You will deliver tailored HR solutions, leveraging resources and building strong partnerships across the organization. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Assists in the strategic implementation and execution of workforce planning, talent management initiatives, organizational development, and business transformation processes. Supports the execution of workforce planning, talent planning, and workforce development strategies. Drives the successful execution of organizational changes related to talent and structural updates. Synthetizes data and insights to deliver actionable recommendations and support continuous improvement. Proactively identifies and educates others on emerging trends and relevant insights from HR and business functions to support strategic development and workplace initiatives. Leads HR projects and company-wide initiatives focusing on process efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborates with business leadership and Talent Acquisition teams to support the execution of talent acquisition and onboarding strategies. Oversees and supports strategic initiatives in headcount planning, compensation, and recruitment processes in alignment with HR models. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR projects and large-scale initiatives. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Skills/Abilities: Proven stakeholder engagement skills and experience in cross-functional environments. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills – capable of synthesizing data to inform HR strategic decisions. Goal orientation and ability to follow through despite competing priorities. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to self-manage and drive for improvement. Flexibility and adaptiveness, especially under pressure. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and ability to interpret policies accordingly. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, job structure, and compensation frameworks. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: PHR, SPHR, or related certification. Experience in an HR Center of Excellence (CoE) environment (e.g., Talent Management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Total Rewards). Experience within a global organization is preferred.
