This position will report to a Regional Plant General Manager and will be responsible for driving best in class Safety and environmental performance, managing all aspects of operations and maintenance to maximize plant reliability, and developing high performance teams to support 24/7 operations at one of FPL's fossil plants located in Florida. This position is a developmental role for future growth opportunities within our Power Generation Division Operations Team. Under general direction, this individual shall manage all aspects of site business and operations, achieving all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site. Combined cycle power plant operations experience required. Job Overview Leaders in this role oversee a team at a generation facility. Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facility.
