About the Role ES Foundry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to help establish our customer base specifically focused on DG Segment (C&I, Community Solar, Small Utility, Behind the Meter, etc.). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company. Your expertise in Sales will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on exciting new opportunities in the solar energy sector. You will develop marketing materials to increase our available market in the US. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high potential company that values teamwork. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target customers to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business. Lead negotiations to secure long-term master supply agreements and purchase orders, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional sales metrics. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, senior management and factory to ensure alignment with sales initiatives. Prepare and manage sales forecasts, and reports, providing insights into revenue projections Other duties as required.
