About the Role We seek a visionary Product Director to lead and innovate within the Power & Renewables segment. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage a team of product professionals to work closely with globally diverse teams to ensure product alignment and inclusivity throughout the development lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in product and people management, with a strong focus on the power and renewable energy sectors with subsequent innovation and revenue growth. In-depth understanding of energy markets and their unique challenges. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams. A customer-first approach and the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is highly preferred.
