Job Responsibilities As manufacture representative, work with cross function to support production, efficiency and cost reduction activities. Process abnormal dispose. Response for assembly line takt time and line balance improvement by layout change, process rearrangement, automation and so on. Quality issue analysis, action plan and execution. MFG Quality continuous improvement activities realization. Response for New Product Introduction within/out current product line. Responsible for process document update, such as flow chart, WI, PFMEA, CP, SOP. Operator training. Productivity improvement action execution. Minimum Qualifications Mechanical engineering background, Bachelor's degree or above. 5 years working experience on refrigeration or mechanical or related industry. Experience on cost down project management is preferred. Experience on multi-tasks leader. Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is preferred. Skills on quality tooling, PFMEA/control plan/8D/6 sigma/CAD/simulation knowledge are preferred. CET-4 English level, with fluent speaking and listening skills.
