Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo BELIMITLESS Job Description Scope and Objectives To manage and rectify all engineering issues within the hotel, perform daily maintenance checks, and repair MEP equipment while managing team members to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability Experience in a wide range of gardening tasks. Manage team members and oversee tasks. Report all conditions related to systems to the engineer for remedial action. Responsible for engineering issues within the hotel. Perform daily checks around the hotel. Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required. Diagnose, maintain, and repair MEP equipment/systems within the hotel. Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers. Maintain all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and act when any unsafe situations arise. Ensure all tools and equipment are available to perform tasks. Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs. Develop, implement, and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Responsible for the health and safety of the hotel. Qualifications Qualification Standards Education Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge about water chemistry, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position.
