Discover your exciting role The Architect is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guiding the architectural team during the design/construction process. The Architect will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams Participates in the development of office standards and procedures Other duties as assigned Show your expertise Bachelor's degree in Architecture required 6 years of experience Master's in Architecture preferred Architectural License (AIA) required LEED AP with Specialty or GA (Green Associate) preferred Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate recommended Exhibit characteristics of a leader Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environment Knowledgeable and productive in the Autodesk Building System Software work environment Adept at interfacing with and aligning multiple stakeholders with diplomacy Exhibit a professional demeanor and be a proactive problem solver Understands Standard Installation Details, client BIM standards, industry drafting and design standards Demonstrable proficiency with Autodesk Building Systems Software Previous experience with large projects helpful, but not necessary Experience with SketchUp/Formit is desirable Executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software Experience with Design-Build a plus Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software J-18808-Ljbffr
