Responsibilities: Coordinate/follow up on data from units within the segment for consolidation of North America (NA) results. Consolidate Key KPI’s (ACTUALS/ FORECAST/ BUDGET) received from the units and ensure key trends and variances are understood and highlighted/explained. Review & analyze performance of business units / segments based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual NA results consolidated file for reporting purposes. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual NA results report for the management. Update data in the local database cube for further analysis and reporting. Challenge the status quo to improve the systems and processes used by controlling team. Lead or participate on specific projects (business improvement / benchmarking projects, other projects requiring financial analysis). Closely work with other transversal departments in corporate finance (Tax, Treasury, Strategy, HR,) on various topics relevant from a segment perspective and relating to the units. Coordinate with Corporate on various aspects relating to segment’s performance management. Education: CA, CPA, CMA and/or degree in finance & accounting Skills and other requirements: 4-5 years’ work experience in Controlling/Accounting & Reporting. Ability to manage large sets of data. Self-motivated and self-driven to manage work, and to be an integral part of a dynamic team to advance our business and reporting goals. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure at times, and with minimal supervision. Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications primarily Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data cubes. Worked on reporting software like BPM/SAP/Oracle/Hyperion Foundational understanding of steel business Knowledge and Skills: Awareness of emerging IT trends and directions to automate and digitalize the process.
