About the Role Due to our continued growth, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisors to join us on multiple renewable energy construction projects on a 3/1 Roster . As an Electrical Supervisor with Monford you will provide hands-on leadership and supervision to our field crews and ensure works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include: Promoting a strong safety-conscious culture with emphasis on zero tolerance for unsafe work practices. The day-to-day organisation of plant, materials, and labour for the completion of works, including purchasing of materials, and hiring necessary equipment, plant or subcontract services. Coordination and distribution of work scopes to personnel ensuring timely execution in line with the project schedule. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, industrial and supplier organisations. Ensuring all applicable HSE and Quality policies and procedures are effectively implemented. Maintaining the site in a tidy, safe and hazard-free manner. Ensuring compliance with all legislative and site requirements, policies and procedures. About You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: You will hold the required electrical qualifications and have significant previous experience in a similar role on a large construction project, within the resources sector or similar. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams and driving successful outcomes. Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders. High level attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise, multitask and think on your feet.
