This team member will process and review Certified Payroll Reports and related documents for federal and state funded construction projects, to ensure compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This role will monitor and ensure compliance with various IRA project labor requirements and workforce requirements including apprentices. You will own entering all the labor data related to these projects on our customers' portals and WH347 forms. Responsibilities: Facilitate the proper reporting of prevailing wages, fringe benefits, apprentice utilization, and resolution of employee wage violations. Communicate with internal and external customers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies/inadequacies relative to IRA compliance issues. Track changes and updates to state and federal labor compliance and prevailing wage regulations and standards; apply changes/updates to the agency/client labor compliance procedures and practices. Assist with the development of IRA labor compliance policies, procedures, form templates, and instructional/operations manuals. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to summarize review findings and data for customers. Answer customer requests and provide communications to customers on IRA labor data when needed and internal customers like project managers. Be the lead person to share labor compliance requirements at pre-bid and pre-construction meetings with internal teams. Ensure projects achieve IRA compliance with applicable apprentice requirements including the appropriate apprentice to journeymen ratio. Monitor apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local agencies regulations. Other duties and projects as time permits on the HR team. Qualifications: Experience in working with LCP tracker software is preferred. Experience working with Prevailing Wage Projects. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate experience developing administrative policies and procedures. Knowledge of Inflation Reduction Act Standards. Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility. Proficient computer knowledge and applications: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to present complex information in an understandable manner. Flexible and self-motivated. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Work Conditions: We have 1 position available that can sit in either Fort Myers FL or Cincinnati OH.
