Setting up a manufacturing strategy for entire product life cycle of new platform of dry pump. Deliver leading edge manufacturing technologies into new platform dry pump to have better product quality, less cycle time and lower manufacturing cost in defined project schedule. Main Responsibilitie Developing and implementing assembly manufacturing strategies to achieve the mission. Coordinating the manufacturing engineer resources to deliver the project deliverables on-time as per PCP. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility for the new platform design Ensure assembly manufacturing engineer’s resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management on key issues or risks as needed. Manage the synchronization and interaction with the other workstreams and all stakeholders for securing project progress and in a superior quality manner. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) Minimum 35 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering or equivalent engineering function or NPI project. Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities) Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in compressor or vacuum pump development in manufacturing technologies and techniques. Good knowledge and skill in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and smart manufacturing. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Evidence of an analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques. Familiarity with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes. Familiarity with engineering organization practices, disciplines, systems, and software tools and advantages. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) & planning skills. Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements) Excellent communication and administrative skills. Fluency in verbal/written English is essentially.
