This position is great for someone looking for a revised work schedule. ORC does not guarantee a set number of hours, instead it's driven by project needs. The selected candidate must live in Utah and will have the flexibility to work remotely out of their home office. Candidate can expect to travel locally based on project needs. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will provide land acquisition and relocation services, per project guidelines and regulations, for federally funded road projects throughout the right-of-way project lifecycle in support of the Project Manager (PM) or members of the project team. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way and/or relocations. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.
