Carry out timely operations for inbound and outbound activities. Ensure accurate and searchable data. Communicate with suppliers to ensure that they can provide accurate documents and meet the order requirements. Follow up with customs broker and manage timely customs clearance. Coordinate with transportation team to arrange timely pickup and delivery. Organize and file various documents, and consolidate data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Determine shipping needs based on the type of product being shipped and the location where it will be delivered. Completion of other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
