Job Purpose The Recruiter is a key partner for every department across our business. Reporting to the VP, HR & ESG, and at the direction of the Sr. Recruiter, the Recruiter partners with hiring managers to strategize, source, screen and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. With employees located across the country; the recruiter will work flexible hours across US time zones. Responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiting: Lead the entire recruitment journey for requisitions, including job postings, sourcing, pipeline development, screening, scheduling, and ATS management. Utilize innovative sourcing tools to present a diverse slate of qualified candidates. Intake Discussions: Facilitate warm and engaging discussions with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our organizational values. Sourcing and Screening: Source and screen resumes through various channels, including job boards and social media; conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit in a friendly and supportive manner. Interview Coordination: Organize interview schedules, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring managers and candidates across different time zones. Job Postings: Share our job openings on the company website and other relevant platforms to attract potential talent. Market Intelligence: Actively share valuable insights about market trends and competitive intelligence to inform our talent decisions; build connections within the renewable energy industry and diverse associations. Coaching: Empower hiring managers by guiding them through recruitment processes, selection techniques, and system navigation, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, nurturing connections with potential candidates for future opportunities. Updates and Reporting: Provide thoughtful updates on ongoing requisitions, both written and oral, to the VP of HR & ESG and hiring managers. Data Management: Organize and maintain recruitment data in the ATS, compiling insightful summaries of recruitment trends and insights as needed. Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to craft compelling and competitive offers, ensuring thoughtful closing negotiations. Process Improvement: Contribute to the design and continuous enhancement of our talent and recruitment processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Talent Management Support: As needed, partner with the HR team to support execution of various talent programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years direct, relevant and recent experience leading end-to-end recruitment. Experienced in recruiting for both Corporate and Technical roles and sourcing passive talent. Demonstrated ability to create diverse candidate pipelines, valuing and promoting inclusivity throughout the recruitment process. Ability to negotiate and consult on candidate compensation packages, analyzing market trends, candidate qualifications and internal equity in partnership with HR. Exceptional talent assessment and interviewing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work successfully through ambiguous situations and manage sensitive situations independently. Track record of high performance and strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for communication and collaboration. Experience influencing hiring managers up to Director level. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in driving the recruitment process forward, proactively prioritizing multiple requisitions and ensuring accountability among interviewers and other stakeholders.
