Highly responsible supervisory and technical work serving as the first line supervisor of either the Pretreatment or Stormwater sections of the Sewerage and Water Board's Environmental Affairs Division; and related work as required. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, chemistry, biology or closely related environmental science field. EITHER: Permanent status and two (2) years of full-time experience as an Environmental Enforcement Technician II. OR : Six (6) years of full-time experience in the field of water treatment, waste treatment or environmental compliance inspection of storm water/waste water discharges with a municipality, parish, county or other recognized jurisdiction, including private water or waste water operating companies. At least two (2) years of this experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
