What You Will Do: Manage major capital projects from inception to completion, overseeing project lifecycle management, execution, and resource coordination. Lead the development of project plans, create budgets, manage timelines, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and plant teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Estimate project costs, manage financials including preparing purchase orders and processing invoices, and track project budgets. Organize and oversee complex system installations in multiple facilities, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery. Read and interpret blueprints, technical plans, and system diagrams to ensure project specifications are met. Lead project meetings, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and risks, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Gain hands-on experience with smaller-scale projects, working with plant champions while developing your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment. What You Need to Bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, or 5 or more years of experience managing large-scale engineering projects. Experience in project management, including proficiency with Gantt charts, budgeting, vendor coordination, and large system installations such as HVAC and manufacturing systems. Proven ability to read and interpret technical plans, manage project timelines, and maintain budget oversight. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Previous experience with multi-site engineering projects and the ability to coordinate complex processes across multiple disciplines. Flexibility and willingness to travel 50 to 70 percent, with the ability to manage your own travel schedule.
