What you will do: Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly manufacturing employeesusing Kronos to ensureaccuracy and timely submission. Prepare payroll reportsand manageemployee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Maintain accurate employee datain Workday, updating HRIS systems to ensure records are current. Manage and process short and long-term disability claims. Administer and track FMLA paperwork, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Oversee the Attendance Control Program, tracking attendance data and preparing monthly reports for the Plant Controller. Coordinate staffing needs and manage manufacturing manning schedule. Track employee trainingthrough our learning management system to ensure all training requirements are met. Direct recruitment effortsfor hourly positions, post job openings, review resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage background checks for seamless onboarding. Facilitate safety meetings. Prepare agendas, document action items, and follow-up on safety initiatives. Assist in maintaining safety records and incident reporting. Process pension documentsfor hourly employees and supply wage information to Corporate on a routine basis. What You'll Bring: Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in HR and payroll, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and database management. Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Familiarity with Kronos and Workday is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
