About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project manager to join our Energy Services Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, a passion for energy efficiency, and the capability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals. You will work on innovative projects supporting renewable energy advancements, analyze energy properties, and communicate with clients to help them maximize their tax benefits. What you'll do As a project manager, you will work directly with other senior team members and be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting engagements, conducting technical research, modeling results, performing analysis on renewable energy systems (such as solar, geothermal, biomass, and battery solutions), etc., and providing strategic guidance to clients. This position offers the chance to grow and advance within the company. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with clients to gather necessary information. Perform technical research and analysis on energy properties to determine eligibility for tax incentives. Support feasibility assessments to estimate tax benefits for prospective clients. Communicate results and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Provide strategic guidance and expertise to clients on maximizing tax benefits for renewable energy projects. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in tax laws related to renewable energy incentives. Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Support the Energy Service team in achieving strategic goal and objectives Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or a related field 4 years of experience in project management, finance, or tax 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy incentives or tax equity Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and management software tools Experience with client management and relationship building. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
