POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Business Manager for White River Financial Services (WRFS) supports dealerships with all Finance and Insurance needs to include compliance with state and federal laws, and company policies and procedures. They will be responsible for assisting with deal structure, full cycle lender/finance responsibilities, sales meetings and training, customer service, process administration, and growing F & I sales while ensuring company standards and expectations are being met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Meets or exceeds all financial plans as set by the Company. Offers all finance protection products to every customer through a menu and documents when customers decline coverage. Assists the sales desk in structuring deals to maximize approval rate and profitability. Selects the appropriate lender, secures the approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery. Collects all lender stipulations prior to delivery to ensure we have a cashable contract. Manages placement of finance contracts to maximize finance gross, while honoring corporate initiatives. Adheres to all business office processes and workflows. Manages contracts-in-transit (CIT) to ensure timely contract funding, while maintaining consistent communication between the dealership, the customer, and WRFS. Tracks and monitors finance gross per vehicle retailed (PVR), product penetrations, and lender penetrations. Manages scheduling to ensure adequate customer coverage. Participates in sales meetings and training sessions regarding finance training and procedural issues. Assists General Managers, Boat Sales Managers, and Regional Operations Managers in training Business Assistants and the sales staff. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Completion of required annual compliance certification. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance Certificate(s) or License(s): Must have a valid driver’s license Years of experience: 3-5 years F&I experience preferably in the recreational power sports industry KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, in a friendly and professional manner establishing effective working relationships with vendors, customers, co-workers and Base Camp Team members. Working knowledge of all Finance and Insurance products. Strong math aptitude to be able to calculate figures and amounts and to interpret a variety of financial, legal and technical information. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups. Demonstrate a positive leadership style while communicating to outfitters and managers and encouraging feedback for company improvement. Ability to coach and train team members on systems and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Proficiency with MS Office, AppOne, and database management systems. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 20% - 30% travel to Base Camp as needed and to dealership locations to provide training and support PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly: Computer Work, walking, sitting, standing Seldom/Never: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
