This position analyzes business processes, determines requirements, and identifies opportunities for improvement. It reports to the CRM Manager, and together, you manage all technical and business application processes related to our CRM/CE platform. With just 2 people supporting the function (with some external vendor support), there's a great opportunity to positively influence the direction and success of our company. Who are we? Our work really matters in the community and we are proud of what we do Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM Support requirements-gathering and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations Coordinate internal UAT functional requirements and design Create project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation. Accurately translate business requirements into functional documentation. Understand business problems and recommend technical solutions offered within the CE platform Cross-train and utilize train-the-trainer approach to expand CRM user's skill, use and adoption of the tool Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field. 1-2 years experience supporting CRM software solution, ideally Dynamics or Salesforce Ideal candidates will have previous work as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. The ability to manage a project is key, but we do not require specific PM software experience. Experience in data analytics and data validation - Power BI is a plus, not required as long as you are comfortable with data manipulation Self-motivated, organized and accountable in a project driven role Excellent documentation and communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel (most important), Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong collaborator that is comfortable interacting with team members across broad functional areas Ability to work in-office (Milford, MA) at least 50% of the time - this is a hybrid role Occasional travel within New England and Upstate New York will be required.
