What we need: Mohawk is looking for a Material Recovery Operations (MRO) Sales Coordinator who can do more for all of Mohawk Flooring North America’s manufacturing locations journey to optimize waste streams and reduce waste. This role is an entry-level contributor that supports the MRO function by assisting with various administrative tasks and processes. This role will collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of recovery processes, procedures, and policies. What you’ll do: Enter sales orders for 50 sites as needed (currently averaging 40 orders per day) Work with credit and MRO team on challenges and ensure credit is approved and submitted as needed Assist with shipping and billing as needed, including changing SKUs and troubleshooting shipping issues. Receive and log approved disposal asset requests Upload contracts in various systems for approvals and signatures Monitor end of contract terms and renewals Document work with customer and MRO team to resolve claims Support various month-end/quarter-end and year-end reporting including financial and sustainability reports Assist with annual bids and contract entry What you have: High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. Some college preferred. AS400 or SAP experience is a plus Accurate typing ability and data entry skills Intermediate level understanding of accounting and reporting principles and practices. Knowledge of marketing and sales terminology, concepts and business operating procedures What you’re good at: Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonal form, including ability to present and organize ideas into plans Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, with strong personal organization, poise and professionalism Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules Staying organized and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment What else?
