DISCOVER the WILD Days at the Zoo The purpose of these days is to connect the Zoo guest with the Zoo's SAVING the WILD conservation priority animals, conservation organizations, AZA, and how to TAKE ACTION for the natural world around them. These days are planned and coordinated by the Zoo's Education Team. Activities are simple, interactive, and can be learned the day of the event. Shifts are from 9:45 - 12:00 & 11:45 - 2:00. Volunteers ages 9 and up are welcomed. Volunteers under the age of 13 MUST have an adult chaperone signed up with them. Inclement Weather Plan: Activities will take place inside if needed.
