Job Description: Drive growth and profitability of the company through supporting the Solar Customer Service Department with service request intake, data entry, job assignments, scheduling, and billing. Responsibilities: Must be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English using proper grammar. Accounting administration including but not limited to data entry, invoicing, and seeking labor reimbursement as needed for various manufacturer warranty work completed. Investigate, remote troubleshoot, schedule site visits for Solar Service Department related work orders from various Builder/Service Partners and provide timely updates to customers. Assist as needed with a high volume of customer service inquiries for Solar Service Department. Answer inbound calls and emails as needed from customers in accordance with established service level agreements. Providing excellent customer service and documenting all information in the required tracking system. Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to customers, and at times work with manufacturers when advanced troubleshooting is required. Coordinate scheduling site visits and reviewing post visit results from field service technicians. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/maintain working relationships with customers, peers, and managers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous solar or renewable energy experience. Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work well with others and independently. High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, and self-driven. Collaborative style with customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Competency in Sage CRM. Strong administrative and time management skills.
