Analyst, Warehouse and Reporting Ld/Sr Job Title: Analyst, Warehouse and Reporting Ld/Sr Department: Supply-Chain & Logistics Reports to: Director, Supply-Chain & Logistics Location: Hybrid Office , Portland, OR The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $83,804 - $104,756 Position Description The analyst for warehouse & reporting for Wind & Solar spare parts is responsible for maintaining accuracy of all data related tools and reporting for the supply-chain. This includes, but is not limited to, SAP applications, Global Parts Catalog, Power-BI business intelligence solutions and JIRA business process workflow solutions. This role will be integral in driving continuous improvement through our quality program across all supply-chain functions. Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing, documenting, deploying and maintaining Avangrid Renewables’ quality program for all supply-chain functions. Gather requirements and lead development of SAP usability improvements and associated SAP based applications. Support tracking of critical efficiency projects (tools & strategy), act as project manager for allocated projects. Define & deliver reporting roadmap, implement business intelligence solutions and maintain Supply Chain BI dashboards as directed by business Director. Develop and deploy desktop metrics daily reporting functionality to drive focus and efficiency within the supply-chain. Analyze monthly metrics & create strategy (short, medium & long term) recommendations with a focus on inventory turns & excess inventory strategy. Work in a cross functional manner gathering business requirements & driving inter team relationships with Field Operations, Technical Services & Global support teams to maximize project success. Drive medium term planning to secure the resources required to deliver business objectives. Develop and maintain Avangrid’s parts master data ensuring data control & accuracy standards are adhered to & updated as required by day to day & business growth plans. Support development of inventory forecasting tools & techniques with a clear separation between low-cost high-volume components & high-cost lower volume large corrective components. Ensure cognizance is given to turbine failure records, technology specific variations, environmental and operational conditions at site. Additional Responsibilities Utilizes system tools in SAP and SharePoint to establish and maintain the Materials Database to support Commercial Operations. Implements industry best practice with the process for establishing new part numbers and any revisions to existing parts, as required. Enables alternate and direct sourcing efforts by providing a complete definition of all part characteristics in a standardized format. Works with all internal stakeholders to implement documented processes and make process improvements. Develops, maintains and modifies SAP database in support of Operations reporting and business tools. Develops, maintains and modifies Power-Bi reports in support of Operations reporting and business tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain and inventory functions. Familiarity with Wind & solar parts preferable. Proficient with database management and all MS Office applications. Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP), especially materials requirements planning (MRP). Understanding of supply chain for an operations group. Excellent analytical, project management, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Exhibit skills and attitude which demonstrate commitment to Company policies, principles and processes. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record developing, maintaining and optimizing ERP data. Experience with wind & solar plant Supply chain. Power-Bi certified. Inventory and Materials Management Experience. Self-starter with demonstrated performance working in a matrixed organization.
