Responsibilities: Leads cross functional teams through ideation sessions, detailed working sessions all the way through to execution of developed improvements. Leads activities required to complete project documents: plan(s) & schedule(s), charter/structure, roles/responsibilities, scope, budget(s), project ROI including on-going operating costs and resources requirements. Partners with subject matter experts (SME's) and seeks to find areas for improvement and eliminate waste. Develops project cost estimates and overall budget for assigned project. Initiate potential cost control measure to ensure project budgets are met. Communicates project status to team and stakeholders through the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted functional teams and stakeholders have an understanding of decisions, risks, issues and activities related to the project. Provides leadership, coaching and guidance on a continuous basis to other project team members in the areas of the project lifecycle, operating procedures, processes & practices. Ensures that the processes are documented and consistent with existing processes within the organization. Creates risk management plan to identify, analyze, monitor and respond to risks associated with specific project(s) to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes on time & on budget. Review all aspects of this project(s) to assure compliance with overall objectives. This could include participating in design review, project risk assessments, other commercialization activities as required. Other duties and responsibilities as required. Experience with MS Office Applications, including MS Project & MS Teams. Extremely high proven competence in organization and planning skills. Familiarity with an enterprise PLM systems (SAP PLM), CAD (Creo, SolidWorks), a Product Data Management (PDM) System including ECM / ECN processes & Bills of Materials (BOM's). Preferred Qualifications: Able to deal with ambiguity and guide a team forward to complete project and/or program objectives. Demonstrates critical thinking and business acumen, and should be familiar with multiple product development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations and aligning the teams' focus on achieving the project or platform objective. Experience supporting the areas of engineering, hardware development, software development, mechanical and electronics development, with a technical background and successful with new product commercialization experience.
