Due to this continued growth in advanced nuclear facility design, ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Radwaste Engineering and Management SME to join our team and support multiple current and future projects. ENERCON serves several markets throughout the energy sector, including data centers, mission critical facilities, the federal government, industrial, nuclear power, power delivery, grid infrastructure, power generation, and renewable energy. Responsibilities Coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines to provide Radwaste Subject Matter Expertise to our design teams Develop professional relationships with client counterparts Assist in marketing their radwaste expertise/abilities to internal and external clients Provide mentorship and technical training to our design staff Understand and follow all organizational, area/departmental, and client procedures, safety policies, and directives Meet applied time goals set for position/discipline Qualifications Minimum 7 years of commercial nuclear experience with 4 years of radwaste engineering and management system design/operational experience in the commercial nuclear industry Minimum education requirement is an associates degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with relevant Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) governing codes and standards for radwaste systems Understanding of roles played by other disciplines on the project and willingness to coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information About ENERCON: Enercon Services, Inc (ENERCON) offers excellent benefits and career opportunities as part of our culture of excellence.
