As a Technical Service Specialist (TSS) , you are a critical part of this mission and will work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction within the territory by providing advanced technical support, training, and troubleshooting for LEWA and Nikkiso products. You will be in a unique role that combines both technical expertise and sales acumen as the TSS plays a vital role in driving aftermarket revenue growth through repairs, spare parts sales, and proactive customer engagement. As a TSS, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue generation by helping customers maximize the performance and longevity of their equipment. Responsibilities Customer Support & Technical Expertise You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers in your territory. You will provide advanced troubleshooting and facilitate pump repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service. You will deliver technical training sessions to customers, focusing on proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LEWA and Nikkiso products. You will coordinate with authorized service centers in the region, building close relationships with service personnel to ensure seamless repairs and support. Aftermarket Revenue Growth You will own the revenue growth for your territory through repairs, spare parts sales, and customer training initiatives. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to engage customers who have not purchased spare parts for their assets. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory, driving aftermarket sales and service revenue. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor by consistently delivering technical value and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build strong, lasting relationships with customers, helping them understand the benefits of LEWA’s products and services for their long-term operational success. You will act as the liaison between the customer and LEWA’s internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
