Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Prevailance is seeking a highly skilled
Engineer Analyst - Navy Environmental Protection (NEP) to support U.S. Navy operations. This role involves expertise in shipboard engineering systems, readiness evaluations, and associated administrative and maintenance programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:- 20 years of documented hands-on Navy shipboard engineering with an emphasis on shipboard safety programs experience
- Three (3) at sea tours working in an engineering (NEP) capacity
- Experience operating and maintaining EP, OH, MD and VT related equipment and support systems
Strongly Desired Qualifications:- Retired Senior Enlisted (E7/E8)
- Former US Navy Hospital Corpsman (HM) or engineering related rating (i.e., DC, EN or MM)
- Recent experience (within the last 5 years) operating / maintaining shipboard NEP equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience as one of the following:
- An Inspector for the U.S. Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV);
- Inspector at the Afloat Training Group; or
- TYCOM staff focusing on Pre-INSURV preparations
Education:- High school diploma or equivalent
Security Clearance:- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance

$85,000 - $125,000
