Job Title: Recycle Sorter

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Break it Down is a rapidly growing composting and recycling business. We are currently hiring FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE WORKERS. This position requires physical labor. This is hard, sweaty, dirty work. This job will change your body - you will get stronger, you will get in shape!

Requirements for this position include:

You must be at least 18+ years of age
Operational smartphone that can be used throughout the day for taking/sending photos, communicating via text and email.
Reliable transportation to and from work
Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities of this position include:

Unloading 100lb+ barrels of food waste & recyclables from 26' box trucks
Dumping and sorting through food waste and removing contamination
Rinsing barrels and roll-carts in our rinse station
Baling cardboard and loading bales onto a 52' trailer
Keeping stations clean and organized
Fun and energetic work environment
