Our Financial Service practice is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join the team. Throughcontinued expansion, we are looking for a experienced SeniorConsultant or Manager to join and support the growth of our US FinancialServices practice. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial teammembers who want to make a direct impact.
As part ofour core consulting team, you will work closely with our clients on challengingand rewarding engagements. You will also help us to build our US practice bysupporting rewarding internal initiatives, generating tangible outcomes.
What you will be doing- Our clients face the corporate world's biggest challenges while delivering society's most crucial project - climate change. We assist our clients in:
- Shaping decarbonization and climate transition plans, executing sustainability strategies
- Conducting comprehensive risk and opportunity assessments, including materiality and double-materiality assessments (DMA)
- Engaging across all lines of defense and functional teams including business, finance, risk, sustainability, data, operations, governance and HR
- Enhancing operating models and supporting workforce and performance management
- Drafting sustainability and climate-related reporting efforts for both voluntary and mandatory disclosures
- Enhancing risk management frameworks to integrate climate and sustainability factors
- Establishing and enhancing ESG and commercial due diligence to shape investment strategies
- Establishing and enhancing ESG data governance and ecosystems
- Conducting training, learning and development sessions on sustainability frameworks and methodologies
Your skills and experience- Our Senior Consultant position requires 4+ years of relevant experience (Manager 6+ years) in a consulting or industry role, with experience in ESG and Sustainability initiatives.
We are interested in individuals who can bring delivery, advisory experience and expertise in the following areas:
- Knowledge of US financial services regulatory landscape and experience in meeting non-ESG regulatory requirements (e.g., CCAR, resolution planning, 10-k financial reporting)
- Strong understanding of ESG industry frameworks, research papers with deep knowledge in multiple domains (e.g., decarbonization solutions, ESG frameworks and regulations - ISSB, TCFD, PCAF, etc., climate risk stress testing, sustainable finance product strategies
- Strong understanding of risk management across different domains (e.g., credit risk, market risk), finance and regulatory reporting
- Ability to work across our Financial Services team and build our global business to drive business development opportunities in other domains (e.g., risk, finance, tech, data)
