Description
The Senior Operations Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Analyze current operations and identify opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost savings.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain smooth production workflows.
- Lead operational projects, including capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and process integration.
- Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance operational performance.
- Partner with R&D, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing and operational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and operations staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
- 10+ years of proven manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
