Description

The Senior Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for glass and polymer production, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
Identify areas for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent product output.
Lead and manage projects related to new process implementation, equipment upgrades, and technology integration.
Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize parameters, and achieve production goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and maintenance, to achieve manufacturing objectives.
Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
10+ years of proven manufacturing engineering experience.
Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA).
Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
