Position Overview:As a Install Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects, ensuring they meet all quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating with various parties, including homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Understand and deliver on project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the company's high standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and subcontractors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solar install experience in the construction industry.
