Role description:We are seeking a senior landscape architect with construction design experience across a wide array of project types including housing, retail, resort/hospitality, and mixed-use. This role will oversee the construction design documentation across several studios in the US West.
Role accountabilities: - Across diverse and sometime numerous projects, this person quickly identifies design issues and produces diverse, yet viable design solutions
- Produces technical detailing and review construction drawing packages
- Prepares project specifications and cost estimates
- Coordinates site preparation and contract administration and provides construction administration
Qualifications & Experience: - CLARB registration and licensure in one or more US states
- Ten (10) or more years of experience with complicated design administration
- Experience leading project teams
- Successful experience with the management of budgets and contracts

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $104,920 - $157,380.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
