SUMMARYHandles scrap, recyclable, and non-hazardous solid waste generated from the process of building automobiles. The responsibilities of this position include contributing to the Environmental Management System (EMS) performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in the protection of the environment and reduction of pollution from the activities within the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Follows safety guidelines and procedures.
- Follows Resource Management (RM) procedures.
- Participates in team meetings and training.
- Cleans work area according to 5s standards.
- Collects carts/boxes/containers from designated areas and transports for managing.
- Documents cart/box/container pulls on tracking records.
- Assists in other areas as time permits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Training as defined in 40402AAA, Training Requirements Matrix. ARK, Inc. unique training may be obtained during first three months of employment. Additional training will be provided as a part of Continuous Improvement.
