As a Landscape Architect Intern, you will gain real-world experience in landscape architecture, land planning, and urban design projects across the Midwest. Whether a park, a streetscape, a riverfront design, or a long-range system plan, we work collaboratively to make communities more safe, sustainable, and beautiful.
What You Will Be Doing:- Assist with graphic renderings and 3D visualization.
- Assist with the preparation of construction drawings and cost estimates.
- Assist with planning, organizing and performance multiple landscape architecture projects.
- Travel to work sites and other project related locations, as necessary.
What We Are Looking for:- Degree Programs: Selected candidates will be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA: 2.8 GPA; Desired GPA 3.2 or above
- Developing knowledge of technical software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Arc GIS and AutoCAD
- Able to apply landscape architecture concepts to problem solving involving site design issues.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Good interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Students must possess a valid driver's license and their own transportation. You will be reimbursed for business-related travel.
